13 VERSES ON FINDING YOUR PURPOSE

As a Christian you may struggle with knowing what your purpose is.  You may have questions like “Why am I here?” and “Lord what are you calling me to do?”  Knowing what our purpose is in Christ helps us to honor Him by doing what He has called us to do.  I will share 13 verses the Lord gave me as I was preparing to teach a class to the women of my church on this very topic.  They have brought peace and clarity as I studied them.  I pray they do the same for you.

WHAT IS PURPOSE?

Webster defines purpose as

*that which a person sets before himself as an object to be reached or accomplished

*intention

*design

As a Christian, we are looking to what God has designed us to do…his intention for us that brings deeper meaning to our lives.  Since He has called us and leads us to His purpose for our lives it will not only bring us fulfillment but will also bring glory to His name by our participation in the redemption story.  The following verses will bring meaning and clarity to your searching.  Read them, memorize them, and pray through them
